Roles : Senior Management Accountant Location: Cheshire, UK - (100% Office Based) Salary: £55K - £60K (DOE) Hrs : 08:30-17:00hrs (some flexibility required) Contract: Permanent Our client is a highly reputable $1.6B Global Company, specialising in developing, producing, and distributing a broad range of specialty Chemicals, Minerals & Niche Products for various markets. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant to be based on site at their Cheshire based plant. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional with a strong background in cost accounting, management accounts, and international finance. As the Senior Management Accountant, your key responsibilities are: Prepare and oversee management accounts with a strong focus on cost accounting. Ensure full compliance with VAT regulations and statutory accounts. Work within a US GAAP/SOX-compliant environment, ensuring all reporting meets international standards. Manage accounting processes across multiple entities and international operations. Utilise Excel, Oracle, or SAP to drive financial efficiency and reporting accuracy. As the Senior Management Accountant, you will have the following skills & experience: Must be CIMA qualified (UK). Ideally have experience in an accounting role from within a Manufacturing industry. Proven experience in cost accounting, VAT, statutory accounts, and management accounts. Strong knowledge of US GAAP/SOX reporting standards. Exposure to multi-entity and international finance operations. Excellent proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
