Workday Financials Manager London, UK £70,000 £80,000 Hybrid Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking an experienced Workday Financials Manager to join their team. This team drives cloud-based transformation programmes, delivering innovative solutions that combine leading practices, technology, and business insight. Key Responsibilities: Lead Workday Financials ERP implementation projects through all lifecycle phases, including presales, scoping, planning, delivery, and post-go-live support. Develop and execute end-to-end business processes across Finance and Procurement within Workday Finance, including; invoice to cash, record to report, procure to pay, acquire to retire, project to result. Provide strategic leadership and manage teams of 10 professionals, including clients and third parties. Utilise sector expertise in industries such as Media, Services, Retail, Banking, Insurance, and Government to deliver tailored solutions. Apply strong influencing skills to engage and guide senior leaders and stakeholders. Plan and estimate Workday Financials Manager programme delivery, leveraging Workdays methodology or equivalent. Maintain a proactive approach to mentoring and developing junior consultants as a Workday Financials Manager . Your Experience: Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect in Workday Financials ERP implementations. Proficiency in Workday Finance end-to-end business processes and product sets, including HR and Payroll solutions. Strong understanding of cloud implementation versus on-premise, including functional, application, and technical architectural elements. Excellent communication, documentation, reporting, and presentation skills. Ability to analyse complex issues, synthesise large amounts of information, and present clear, compelling solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Projects.
