Description The key responsibilities of the Management Accountant include: Preparing budgets, forecasting sales, and managing cash flow to ensure financial stability. Monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and improving profitability. Preparing monthly management reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Analysing inventory levels, minimising wastage, and ensuring optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts. Assisting with evaluating product pricing strategies to maintain competitive yet profitable pricing. Ensuring adherence to tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and internal controls. Providing financial insights to the management team for strategic business decisions. Coordinating with auditors, tax authorities, suppliers, and financial institutions. Monitoring receivables and payables to maintain liquidity and fund daily operations.
