Finance Assistant

Jenson Fisher are delighted to be engaged by a rapidly expanding organisation based in East Kilbrideto recruit a Finance Assistant, on a temporary contract basis for 6 months. The contract could be extended or become permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small friendly finance team for a Global organisation. This role will require a start within 2 weeks. The main duties: - Accounts payable duties - Processing invoices and payments - Dealing with supplier queries - Processing company expenses - Ad hoc finance projects - Supporting the wider finance team The main requirements: - Previous accounts payable experience in a fast paced environment - SAP experience would be an advantage but not essential as can be trained - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High levels of attention to detail - Highly proficient in Excel - Good problem solving skills To be considered you must have the experience to perform the above tasks.
