Job Description
Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis, to recruit an AccountsAssistant on a permanent full-time basis. This role is to work is to join a busy dynamic finance team. The successful candidate should have overall accounts experience, be self-motivated and be able to adapt to the tasks required at each given time, working to monthly deadlines. This role is based in an office, and the working hours are 9am to 5pm. The main duties: - Purchase ledger uploads and manual posting where required - Reconciliation of supplier statements - Processing monthly supplier payments - Recording weekly sales and reconciliation of the daily revenue streams - Analysis and reconciliation of 3rd party income - Analyse and resolving any differences identified via the reconciliation processes - Preparing and posting monthly expenses journals - Bank reconciliations - Supporting the payroll department during holiday period Skills: - Previous Accounts experience is essential - Strong skills in Excel - Analytical thinker with excellent problem solving skills - Highly organised with high levels of attention to detail - Able to work effectively individually and as part of a wider team - Excellent communication skills My client offers an attractive salary, and the opportunity for progression.
