Senior Drilling Engineer

An exciting opportunity to join a leading Oil & Gas operator in Norwich supporting the Drilling team, playing a key role in well design and drilling program development for future operations. You’ll ensure technically sound and cost-effective well designs while leading performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives. Working from the Norwich head office Monday–Friday. Key Responsibilities: Assist in well design, drilling programs, and contractor management. Oversee cost tracking, performance analysis, and engineering improvements. Manage onshore project aspects for Southern North Sea drilling operations. Support offshore teams, ensuring safe and efficient execution of drilling activities. Requirements: BSc/BEng in Mechanical Engineering or significant well operations experience. Strong knowledge of drilling, completions, and well intervention activities.
