About You: - Chartered Engineer with extensive industry experience. - Strong background in water and wastewater process engineering. - A proven leader in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments with excellent influencing and communication skills. - Adept at balancing technical scrutiny with collaborative problem-solving. - Experience with project gateways, regulated environments, and a passion for continuous improvement. Desirable: - Knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., APM). - Experience in off-site builds and operational/maintenance environments. - Familiarity with low-carbon design principles and TOTEX-focused strategies.
