Your Mission Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless processes and maximum efficiency Lead multiple office sites in collaboration with regional management, aligning them with strategic business goals Manage ‘shared services' such as IT, HR, Facilities, and Training to support customer facing teams Drive business growth, operational strategy, and performance improvements Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the future of the business Oversee budgeting and drive operational and financial performance What you bring 10 years in senior operational leadership (Board-level preferred) Expertise in managing multi-site operations and driving business strategy Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience in managing shared services / business support functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, and IT functions Professional services sector experience is essential Why join?
