Your new company My client, a commercial business based in Hampshire is embarking on an exciting journey to implement a new system and integrate AI solutions to enhance and streamline their back office process and procedures. Your new role The role requires a dynamic Fractional Finance Director to join the business on a part-time basis (2 days a week), but initially it could be more. This role is pivotal in driving the successful implementation of our new system and AI integration, ensuring financial strategies align with their growth objectives. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar senior finance role. Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Strong background in system implementation and AI integration. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a part-time, flexible schedule. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in financial software and tools.
