Project Manager - SAP

The Opportunity: ML6 is partnering with a leading consumer goods company to recruit a Project Manager – Finance Transformation. This role will be responsible for overseeing finance transformation projects, from process improvements to multi-year, multi-site strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines. What You’ll Be Doing: Define project scope, objectives, resources, and key milestones while developing business cases. Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business, operational, and technology goals. Collaborate with Finance Leadership and Steering Committees to maintain strategic alignment. Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and track financial performance. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure stakeholder buy-in. Provide financial insights, track KPIs, and present updates to senior leadership. Work with Change Management and Communications teams to drive adoption and successful implementation. Promote continuous improvement and optimize processes to support business growth. What You’ll Need to Be Successful: 5 years of experience in a Finance or IT setting, with 3 years in a project management role. Experience managing various SAP projects. Strong understanding of finance processes, systems, and analytics. Proven experience with project management methodologies and tools. PMP designation required. Experience with Clarity PPM is a plus.
