Job Description
Educational Background: A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Operations, or a related field is often preferred.â Jobsora Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within a high-end or 5-star establishment.â Mixology Expertise: Strong knowledge of mixology, including crafting cocktails and understanding beverage pairings.â Jobsora Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.â Financial Acumen: Proficiency in managing budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing financial reports.â Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local health and safety regulations, as well as liquor licensing laws.â Technical Skills: Competence in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software.
