Restaurant Accounts

Education: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management with a financial focus. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting software (e.g., Pastel, QuickBooks, Sage) and restaurant POS systems (e.g., Micros, GAAP). Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping Knowledge of food and beverage cost control Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills Additional Requirements: Experience in a luxury hospitality environment is advantageous. Familiarity with South African tax laws and financial regulations . Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, if required.
