Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in a senior management role within a luxury 5-star hotel environment. Leadership Skills: Strong team management, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities. Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control. Software Proficiency: Experience with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Micros, Protel). Guest-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest satisfaction strategies. Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
