Solar PV & BESS Design Engineer

We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Durbanville. Role : Solar PV & BESS Design Engineer Industry : Renewable Energy Level : Mid - Senior Key Requirements : Degree in Engineering Design of utility-scale Solar PV and BESS plants Generation of yield assessments for Solar PV plants using PVSyst Identification of project areas through desktop and site assessments Generating and maintaining GIS maps of plant designs Managing external specialist consultants for tasks relating to the development of Solar PV and BESS plants Proficiency in PVSyst and/or PvDesign Experience designing utility-scale Solar PV and BESS plants Strong understanding of GIS concepts and tools such as QGIS and Google Earth Personal Attributes : Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent communication and project management skills Passion for renewable energy and sustainability If you would like to apply for this position, please send your CV through to engineering.vacancystand-outstaffing.co.za Alternatively, contact us at XXX-XXXX for more information or visit our website on: www.stand-outstaffing.co.za
