We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Gauteng . Role: Resident Engineer Industry: Engineering Consulting Level: Senior Key Requirements: BSc or BEng or BTech in Civil Engineering. Registration as a Professional Engineer/Technologist. 8 years experience Knowledge of specifications, Bill of Quantities (COLTO / COTO, SANS 1200, project specific etc.) and Conditions of Contract (SAICE GCC, FIDIC, NEC). Personal Attributes: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities. High resilience and adaptability in a dynamic project environment. Proficient in negotiations, conflict management, and stakeholder engagement. Ability to work independently while efficiently managing multiple priorities. Strong organisational, planning, and report-writing skills. Commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and professional responsibility.
