Business Development Manager

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth. Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities within the electrical construction, EPC, and engineering sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve company objectives. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Provide regular reports and insights on business development performance. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the electrical industry (Construction, EPC & Engineering). Strong industry network and ability to leverage connections for business growth. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities. Willingness to travel nationally as required in the future.
