What You Need to Succeed: Qualification: A BCom, BTech, or BSc in Agriculture (with credit experience). Experience: 5–8 years in commercial credit finance, business banking deal structuring, and risk management. Skills: Strong financial analysis & credit assessment capabilities. Expertise in structured trade & commodity finance . Hands-on experience in evaluating business restructures and risk mitigation. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
