Broker Consultant (Investments)

As a Broker Consultant, you'll identify and onboard new brokers, educate them on our products, and drive sales to meet targets. With strong networking skills and a deep understanding of financial products, you'll expand our broker network and contribute to the company's growth. What to Expect : Identify and connect with potential brokers Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers Stay informed on our financial products, gathering feedback for improvements Develop tailored solutions and identify sales opportunities Provide brokers with updates, training, and support on product features Set and strategise to meet sales targets Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitors Report on sales activities, progress, and market insights regularly What You'll Bring: Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field preferred RE 5 preferred Experience and Skills Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry In-depth knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements in South Africa Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and presentation abilities Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
