Senior MLOPS Engineer

Key Responsibilities: As a Team Lead Data Engineering and ML Ops, your role will be varied and exciting: Lead the design and development of our data infrastructure, integrating machine learning services into our products. Ensure that our data foundation is performant, scalable, and cost-effective, while strengthening our analytics and machine learning capabilities. Take ownership of full GCP projects, including architecture, technology selection, cost management, and alerting. Collaborate closely with the data product owner to develop data and ML services that enhance the customer experience. Lead and mentor a small team of data and ML engineers and scientists. Profile Required: We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional who: Has over 5 years of experience building big data analytical platforms. Has expertise in ML ops (e.g., MLFlow, Google Vertex AI). Is proficient in Python programming, SQL, and data modeling. Has strong experience managing the lifecycle of ML models (deployment, retraining). Works well in a team, thrives in ambiguous environments, and brings a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Is fluent in English (both written and spoken), with German as a plus. Is eager to stay up-to-date with the latest ML technologies in a dynamic business environment.
