Finance Assistant

CMA Financial Recruitment is partnering exclusively with a successful global business located in Havant, Hampshire. They are seeking a Finance Assistant to join their friendly, supportive team on a permanent basis. The role is open to candidates at various levels, with a strong emphasis on excellent interpersonal skills, basic finance knowledge, and proficiency in Excel, particularly with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. What will the Finance Assistant role involve? • Ensure bank reconciliations are accurate and up to date. • Ensure timely posting of bank transactions. • Maintain the treasury inboxes and deal with various admin queries. • Prepare monthly balance sheets for numerous accounts. • Analysis of banking information to support compliance and cash flow analysis. Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy: • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Transactional finance experience. • Strong Excel skills.
