CREDIT RISK CONTROLLER Quest Capital Solutions, a leader in Rent-To-Own finance for movable assets in the transport industry, is seeking a Credit Risk Controller to join our Bellville-based team. As a Credit Risk Controller, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our financial health by: Building and maintaining strong client relationships . Ensuring the timely payment of rental agreements. Developing and implementing strategies to minimise bad debt . Key Responsibilities: Debt Collection: Ensure outstanding debts are collected on time. Payment Terms: Set and manage terms and conditions for repayment. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive client relationships. Compliance: Adhere to credit policies and industry regulations. Risk Mitigation: Implement measures to minimize financial risks, including FICA requirements. FICA Compliance: requirements: Collect and verify all documents to ensure regulatory compliance. What we are looking for: Proven experience in credit risk management, preferably within the banking sector. Relevant tertiary qualification in credit risk management or a related field. In-dept knowledge of the National Credit Act of 2005. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving bad debt challenges . Effective planning, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
