HACCP Manager

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance. We are currently seeking an experienced HACCP Manager to join our team and oversee the development ,implementation, and management of our HACCP and food safety systems. Role Overview: As the HACCP Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food safety policies, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), are properly implemented, maintained, and followed. You will play a vital role incompliance with regulatory and customer standards, driving continues improvement in food safety performance. Key Responsibilities: · Develop, implement, and manage HACCP plans and food safety programs. · Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. · Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective preventative action plans in response to food safety non-conformances. · Provide training and guidance to staff on food safety, hygiene, and HACCP protocols. · Liaise with regular bodies and customers during audits and inspections. · Maintain accurate documentation and records related to HACCP, food safety, and quality. · Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to drive food safety throughout the facility. · Requirements: · Bachelors degree in food science, Microbiology, or related field. · Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a HACCP or food safety role within the meat processing industry. · HACCP certification required; advanced certifications would be asset. · Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards. · Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. · Proficient in Microsoft office and food safety management systems.
