Senior Accountant in Practice (SAICA)

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join their practice based in Sandton. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post SAICA Articles experience and will have a proven track record of success in a similar role. Responsibilities: - Managing a portfolio of clients and providing them with high-quality accounting and advisory services - Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports - Assisting with budgeting and forecasting for clients - Providing guidance and training to junior staff members - Building and maintaining strong client relationships Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Completed SAICA Articles - Minimum of 3 years post SAICA Articles experience - Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious Senior Accountant who do not want to go the CA(SA) route.
