Job Description

Oversee daily operations in the respective departments to ensure efficient and effective operations; Manage and lead a team, providing guidance, training and support as needed; Ensure excellent customer service standards are met, handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner; Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and supervise the activities of departmental employees; Manage Department targets and profitability of all service departments; Maintain merchandising standards according to COMPANY standards; Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks and address potential issues proactively; Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures; Implement and maintain loss prevention strategies; Manage the department budgets, track expenses, and seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Proven experience as a Retail Manager, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role; Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines; Customer-focused with a strong sales orientation; Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to work long hours; To work on public holidays, weekends and peak seasons, as and when required; No criminal record; Computer literacy excel; Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
