IT Service Manager (Cloud Infrastructure) | Global Energy Solutions Our client is part of the largest multinational group operating in the utilities sector, characterised by a global presence and a revenue of several billion. The company is involved in a global plan for the innovation of electrical grids, with a strong focus on sustainability and zero-emission solutions. The Digital Solutions BU is the protagonist of this technical revolution plan and is currently the driving force behind the design and implementation of all new solutions. The main projects regard Data Intelligence and Cloud, Remote Control and Automation, Fraud Detection, and Cybersecurity products. The company is currently expanding its workforce in its headquarters in Italy and has branches in Spain, Brazil, India, and the United States. Your New Role Within the Digital Solutions BU, composed of about forty employees, we are looking for an Infrastructure Cloud Services Lead reporting directly to the Head of. The candidate will be responsible for managing the Service team (3-5 people) that’s currently handling all Infrastructure Cloud projects with a particular focus on Cybersecurity issues. On one hand, the applicant will be the main PoC with the business for the functional analysis and, on the other, they’ll coordinate the suppliers. The candidate will therefore oversee the relationship with external partners, taking care of drafting contractual terms, negotiating and monitoring service levels and related KPIs, budget, forecast, and billing processes. What You Need to Succeed We require at least five years of experience in similar roles along with a solid academic background and experience in functional requirements analysis, preferably related to Infrastructure Cloud and Cybersecurity. We’re also looking for excellent skills in managing suppliers/external stakeholders, as well as in cost and resource analysis and optimisation. Excellent communication and people management skills will be necessary, as well as a good level of English.
