Building Services Manager Tier 1 Are you looking for a new opportunity to start in Q2? Do you want the opportunity to join one of the UKs leading National contractors? Are you an experienced Building Services Manager? Duties and responsibilities: Assisting with the selection of sub-contractors to tender from the supply chain Responsible for assisting with the management of the commissioning process and compliance of as built and maintenance manuals Collate the team project reports and provide a summary report to the relevant director relating to the projects that you are aligned to Work closely with Design Teams to assist in Design Management of specific M&E Packages Review technical submittals from sub-contractors and provide input to bids / pre construction/ project teams Manage the coordination of M&E Services on sites in conjunction with day to day project delivery team Checking quality of installations by sub contractors on site Manage commissioning and sign off BS systems What are they looking for? Someone from either a main contractor or specialist subcontractor background Experience of both mechanical and electrical services Experience of preconstruction and delivery Interested in the opportunity above?
