Finance Manager

Description Oversee the operations of the Accounting & Finance department. Create and implement financial strategies and budgets. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Manage financial audits and coordinate with external auditors. Monitor and manage financial risk. Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management. Assist in the development of financial plans and policies. Collaborate with other department heads to streamline financial operations. Profile A successful Finance Manager should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field. Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Proficient in financial software. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging between £45,000 to £50,000 per annum.
