We're seeking a dynamic, and experienced Properties & Facilities Lead to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations across our portfolio. The Property and Facilities Lead is a hands-on operational leader responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of company properties and facilities. This role supervises the Property and Facilities Coordinator and ensures smooth operations, tenant satisfaction, and efficient use of resources. What Youll Do: Supervise a team of coordinators, maintenance staff, and cleaners Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of properties to ensure optimal condition Manage tenant requests efficiently, ensuring prompt resolutions Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Develop and implement maintenance schedules to enhance operational efficiency What Youll Bring: Strong technical understanding of building systems and maintenance processes Excellent leadership and team management skills Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities A commitment to providing outstanding service and tenant satisfaction Experience in property and facilities management (advantageous) Qualifications: Diploma or certificate in property management or a related field. 5 years of experience in property maintenance or a similar role. Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficient in property management software and tools.
