Management Accountant Insurance

Your new role This position is a newly created role with a real opportunity to create an impact in the finance function. Core responsibilities include: Preparation of monthly management accounts Assist with the month-end process, maintaining balance sheet and P&L schedules and reconciliations Reconcile sales, purchase and nominal ledgers as well as cash books and trial balances Preparation of revenue, expense and cash flow forecasts Work with management team on annual group and project budgets Assist with preparation of quarterly and year-end financial statements Assist with various regulatory reporting requirements What you'll need to succeed The client is keen to meet with candidates who have recent experience of the above core responsibilities, preferably from an insurance background. Proven ability to work independently and business partnering in your current or most recent role is required alongside strong system knowledge.
