Job Duties: Managing the sales inbox and ensuring that all orders are processed in a timely manner Managing a team of 4 and providing 1 to 1 support Ensure that all orders have the appropriate paperwork Liaising with Design team regarding special orders Investigating customer complaints Continue developing sales standards and implement needed training Tracking enquiry levels and producing reports Provide KPI’s (key performance data) Promoting a positive health and safety culture throughout the business Leading and managing the team Assist with recruitment and selection throughout the department Completing inductions and onboarding Completing appraisals and general staff support What we are looking for: Previous management experience within Customer Service, Sales or Office A positive ‘can do’ and friendly attitude and be adaptable, motivated, and well-organised Excellent communication skills Good attention to detail and be able to prioritise effectively Have a proactive continuous improvement mindset Proven ability to coach and support colleagues across the business An enthusiastic engaged attitude So, are you ready for your next job?
