Job Summary : We are looking for a Technical Architect - Generative AI to design and lead the development of AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps, combined with strong software architecture experience. You will be responsible for designing scalable AI architectures, optimizing AI models for production, and leading teams in implementing cutting-edge AI solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI solutions using Generative AI models. - Lead the development and integration of LLMs (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini, Mistral) and multimodal AI systems. - Define best practices for AI model training, deployment, and monitoring. - Develop strategies for fine-tuning, optimizing, and serving AI models in production. - Ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into enterprise applications via APIs, SDKs, and cloud services. - Oversee AI infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, and MLOps pipelines. - Drive innovation in Generative AI use cases, such as text generation, image synthesis, AI-powered chatbots, and knowledge retrieval (RAG). - Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and software developers to ensure AI models are robust and scalable. - Implement security, compliance, and governance best practices for AI systems. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 5 years of programming experience (Python, Java, C++, or similar). - 2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, working with LLMs, GANs, diffusion models, or VAEs. - Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX). - Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for AI-powered search. - Strong understanding of transformers, embeddings, fine-tuning, and model compression. - Experience with AI inference optimization (ONNX, TensorRT, DeepSpeed, quantization techniques). - Expertise in MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment & monitoring. - Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic Claude, Mistral, etc. - Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex). - Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in technical mentorship and cross-functional collaboration. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in designing AI-driven enterprise solutions at scale. - Publications or contributions to open-source AI projects. - Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and AI safety techniques. - Understanding of edge AI deployment strategies for on-device inference.
