Senior UI/UX Designer - Adobe Creative Suite

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer/Lead to drive the conceptualization and execution of user-centric designs for digital products. This role involves leading design teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across web and mobile platforms. Roles and Responsibilities : - Lead the design of user-centric interfaces to enhance digital product experiences. - Manage and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, fostering innovation and collaboration. - Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to align design strategies with business objectives. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to drive design decisions. - Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications. - Develop visually appealing designs while maintaining brand consistency across platforms. - Ensure accessibility compliance and usability best practices for diverse user groups. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of a scalable design system. - Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design. Skills and Qualifications Required : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - 4-8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio. - Proven experience in leading and mentoring design teams. - Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Experience in creating design systems and working with component libraries. - Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (ref:hirist.tech)
