About the Role - TCS France is looking for a SAP transformation program director to work with client team members and executives to identify business requirements and subsequently working with, and leading others, in the initiating, planning, controlling, executing and closing the client's solution. You establish specific solutions, applications or processes which ultimately culminate in customer acceptance of the results and deliver them. As an SAP ERP expert, you also expand knowledge in the latest offerings from SAP and implement them. Responsibilities Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, implementing mitigations to risks, and driving actions to close issues. SAP Delivery Assurance: Ensure Customer satisfaction meeting the program requirements. Drive and assist the delivery team to maintain the quality of deliverables as per TCS standards and customer expectations. Provide project leadership to include ability to discuss and champion the business case for change to a business audience, and actively participate and execute high value business solutions. Role includes program planning and deployment, budget management, P&L management, risk management, operations transformation, systems integration, and software development. Create and negotiate statements of work, program planning and milestone creation, financial reporting. RFP response: Study the scope. understand requirements and pain points. recommend solution. ability to challenge existing process in favor of SAP best practices. Estimate schedule and effort. defend our response. transition to delivery team. Assist in market development: Identify leads. Identify opportunities. Customize initial pitch. Qualify leads to prospects. Convert prospects to customers. Strengthen the delivery team by helping in recruitment of qualified local French SAP resources. Required Skills Experience working with offshore development rationalizing development work and leading execution. Fluent in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
