Ideally a multi-skilled engineer with a 70/30 Electrical bias. Experienced in FMCG or other fast paced manufacturing environment. Be able to read electrical drawings, diagnose and resolve electrical problems and have a good working knowledge of PLC and industrial controls, drives, sensors, switches, robotics and automation. Duties: Fault finding and resolution, preventative and reactive maintenance activities. Installation of new equipment and machinery. Sourcing parts at best value to meet business needs and maintaining appropriate stock levels. Working closely with key stakeholders to support the operational implementation of new products and progress projects and engineering solutions. Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation, reviewing, developing and improving processes, plant and machinery to improve efficiency.
