Maintenance Electrician - Day Shift | £40,000 - £50,000 | Antrim Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician looking for a day-shift role with a growing manufacturing company? The Role: Conducting planned preventive maintenance for all company buildings and utilities. Carrying out routine maintenance on, fire alarms, emergency lighting, power, heating, and other facilities. Completing maintenance logs and schedules in compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company standards. Liaising with and assisting external contractors on-site. Ensuring adequate supplies of commonly used or long lead-time spare parts. Undertaking minor mechanical, plumbing, and joinery repairs. Installing electrical work and conducting P.A.T. testing. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing processes and procedures. What We're Looking For: Time-served fully qualified Electrician with 18th Edition Proven experience as a Facilities Technician, with expertise in building repairs and maintenance. Competency in P.A.T. testing. Ability to carry out minor plumbing, joinery, and electrical installations. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and methodical approach.
