The young graduate program is a 1-year program that assists you in finding your way as an Employeneur in your first job experience. We will assist in finding a first project in the sectors that interest you the most. From life sciences to software development, and from mechatronics/electromechanics to chemical production. During the year, TMC organizes several workshops to improve your soft skills and entrepreneurial mindset. You get the chance to work on a challenging side project with other young graduates from different engineering backgrounds, guided by an experienced engineer within TMC. You will get to know the company and your colleagues during the different (in)formal events we organize to develop your network and boost your visibility on the market. Next to our workshops for young graduates, you will also receive a training budget, which you can use to develop the skills YOU want. You will soon finish your studies or recently got your master’s degree. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and/or you would love to learn more about this topic. You have a passion for technologies and an interest in developing your own ideas. You need more guidance about your career development. You speak French or Dutch and English.
