Job Overview The IT PMO pilot one or more IT technical projects, from conception to delivery, to achieve an optimal result that meets the requirements set by the user project manager or business client, in terms of quality, performance, cost, time, and system security. Key responsibilities: Organize and manage the project(s) in constant collaboration with the project manager: Organize the project launch by preparing the business case for presentation/validation to IT and business decision-makers. Define the project organization. Assist in defining and expressing needs. Propose the best solutions under the control of architects. Organize decision-making committees and ensure proper reporting. Decide to consider change requests, taking into account budget and schedule aspects. Define the technical design and write detailed technical specifications. Participate in the selection of software packages. Participate in the realization in terms of specific developments or integration. Define tests and participate in acceptance testing. Lead the project(s) on the ground Organize, coordinate, and lead the entire IT project team. Arbitrate any disputes between the team and other stakeholders. Coordinate, synthesize, and ensure the quality of validations. Communicate with the project team. Deploy the technical part of the project(s) and implement user support actions. Deploy the new application or service. Manage the transition from project to operational phase with the maintenance team and provide visibility on maintenance costs. Pilot and coordinate technical migrations of outdated applications and migration to the cloud. Drive outdated application disengagement. PSC Security Champion: Ensure security compliance, HTTPS migration, technical debt, reduce vulnerabilities. PSC DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) Champion: update Tabletop, plan and follow DRP Test execution. BUILD/RUN team support (limiting incidents and performance issues) Manage and oversee the relationship with suppliers: Ensure smooth progress from contract signing to final project validation RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the business project manager. Collaborate with IT partners. Communicate with suppliers and/or service providers. WORK RELATIONSHIPS Complex projects/evolutions due to the scope and technical solutions to be implemented. High business stakes. Ensure the application of project management methodology. Ensure the technical content of the project(s). Guarantee the best quality/cost/time ratio for the project. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 3 years of experience or Master’s degree with or without experience depending on the projects. Must be open to new project management methodologies (SCRUM, agile methods…). IT skills. Minimum English level equivalent to B2: ability to lead meetings and workgroups in English.
