We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our revenue strategy, sales, and marketing efforts to the next level. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company’s revenue growth strategy across all business units. Drive sales and revenue growth initiatives to maximize profit generation. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions. Oversee pricing strategies, revenue forecasting, and financial performance analysis. Align sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention. Collaborate with product and operations teams to enhance customer experience and lifetime value. Monitor and improve customer acquisition, retention, and upselling strategies. Develop and oversee revenue-related budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations related to revenue operations. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience (10 years) in revenue leadership roles. Strong leadership and team management skills with a results-oriented approach. Proven ability to develop and execute revenue growth strategies. Expertise in pricing models, financial forecasting, and performance analysis. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation, and data analytics. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Experience in digital transformation and automation of sales and marketing processes Knowledge of revenue optimization methodologies (e.g., subscription models, SaaS pricing) Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment At Impress, diversity powers our success .
