Senior Consultants – Strategy & Business Transformation | FS

NTT Data Business Consulting is a division focused on strategic and transformation projects , such as strategic planning , process improvement , digitalization to enhance customer experience , managing organizational changes, and talent management . We are currently looking for Senior Consultants for the Strategy & Business Transformation FS (Financial Services) division in Barcelona and Madrid. What Are We Looking For? Specific Requirements: Higher education degree (University title, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related field). 2 to 5 years of proven experience in business consulting , preferably in the financial sector and/or digital projects. Languages: Spanish, Catalan (preferred), and advanced written and spoken English (C1). Catalan is desirable . Other languages and international experience will be valued. Skills required : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities , business development skills , ability to work in teams and meet objectives , excellent communication, and leadership skills. Digital skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of digital tools and technologies, data analysis, and KPIs based on business objectives will be valued. What Will Be Your Role? Act as a key player in strategic projects, from business understanding activities to extracting conclusions that serve as a basis for decision-making. Assist in the creation and implementation of business strategies. Define key performance indicators and develop dashboards to identify potential improvement opportunities. Collaborate in the definition and enhancement of the value proposition in coordination with business and transformation areas. Develop approaches and commercial proposals for clients in the sector. Work with the team on prioritizing and preparing commercialization plans. Stay up to date with banking trends and advancements at both local and global levels to identify opportunities for improving the value offering. What Do We Expect from You?
