As a Product Owner , you will bridge business needs with development execution, ensuring the delivery of valuable solutions. Your main responsibilities include: Define & Communicate Vision – Develop a clear product vision and align it with the development team. Understand Market & Business Needs – Make informed decisions based on market, customer, and business insights. Manage & Prioritize Backlog – Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and business objectives. Collaborate with Stakeholders – Act as the main link between sponsors, stakeholders, and the development team. Guide Development – Clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and support sprint and release planning. Monitor & Approve Work – Validate completed backlog items, provide feedback, and ensure continuous product improvement. Report Progress – Track development progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. Ensure Process Adherence – Support the team in following development processes and best practices. Support Business Strategy – Support Product Managers regarding the budget, roadmap, scope, business plann, life-cycle management. Support System Engineers during bids regarding technical feasibility, effort estimation.
