Data Scientist - Machine Learning

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : 1. Data Analysis and Insights : - Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover trends and patterns in debt collection and AR management. - Develop visualizations and dashboards to present key insights to stakeholders. 2. Model Development : - Build and optimize predictive models for debt repayment likelihood, customer segmentation, and credit risk assessment. - Experiment with machine learning algorithms to enhance operational efficiency. 3. Data Processing : - Design and implement data pipelines to gather, clean, and transform data from multiple sources. - Ensure data quality and integrity for reliable analysis. 4. Collaboration : - Work closely with product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Partner with engineers to integrate models into production systems. 5. Innovation : - Explore and implement advanced techniques like natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning for new solutions. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation. Who We're Looking For : - Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Experience : 2-4 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related domain. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R. - Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Strong SQL skills for data querying. - Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus. - Analytical Mindset : Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to convey complex data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
