AEM Forms Lead Experience : 7 Years Location : Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad Work Mode : Hybrid / Remote (Freelancers also acceptable) Key Skills Required : - AEM Forms : Extensive experience in developing and managing AEM Forms solutions - Adaptive Forms : Strong expertise in dynamic and interactive form development - AEM Cloud Services : Experience with Adobe AEM as a Cloud Service - Java, OSGi & Sling : Deep understanding of backend AEM development - Workflows & Integrations : Knowledge of AEM Workflows, JCR, and API integrations - Performance Optimization : Ability to fine-tune and optimize AEM applications - Team Leadership : Experience in leading teams, mentoring developers, and project management Roles & Responsibilities : - Lead AEM Forms development projects, ensuring high-quality delivery. - Design, develop, and optimize Adaptive Forms for enterprise applications. - Architect and implement backend integrations with databases, APIs, and third-party services. - Ensure security, scalability, and performance of AEM-based applications. - Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices for AEM Forms teams. - Work with stakeholders to define requirements and align technical solutions with business needs. - Collaborate with UX, frontend developers, and DevOps teams to enhance AEM solutions. - Manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines for AEM applications. Preferred Skills : - Experience in AEM Sites & AEM Assets is a plus. - Knowledge of Sling Models, JCR Queries, and Dispatcher Configuration. - Adobe Certification in AEM Forms is an advantage.
