ServiceNow Developer - ITOM/ITSM Modules

ServiceNow Developer Experience : 7 Years Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Key Skills Required : - ServiceNow Development - Extensive experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow. - ITSM (IT Service Management) - Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog. - ITOM (IT Operations Management) - Experience with Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and Cloud Management. - ServiceNow Scripting - Hands-on experience in JavaScript, Glide API, and Business Rules. - Integration Expertise - Ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server. - Service Portal Development - UI customization using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Widgets. - Workflow Automation - Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and UI Policies. - Performance Optimization - Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and enhance ServiceNow performance. Roles & Responsibilities : - Develop and configure ServiceNow modules based on business requirements. - Customize ITSM and ITOM processes to streamline operations. - Create and modify workflows, scripts, UI policies, and business rules. - Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications using APIs. - Ensure security, scalability, and performance of the ServiceNow platform. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions. - Perform unit testing, debugging, and documentation of ServiceNow configurations. Good to Have : - ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS - ITSM, CIS - ITOM) are a plus. - Experience in CSM, SecOps, or GRC is beneficial. - Knowledge of ServiceNow AI/ML and Virtual Agent.
