Laravel Developer - PHP Frameworks

Role Description : As a Laravel Developer, you will be a key contributor to our web development projects. You will leverage your expertise in PHP and the Laravel ecosystem to build scalable and efficient applications. You will be expected to write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes while strictly following the security norms defined in ISMS 27001. Roles and Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework, ensuring adherence to best practices and security guidelines. - Write clean, well-documented, maintainable, and efficient code in PHP, following Laravel conventions and security principles. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, front-end developers, and product managers, to design and implement new features and functionalities. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to ensure optimal performance, security, and stability. - Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and contributing to maintaining high code quality and security standards. - Follow all norms and guidelines defined in our Information Security Management System (ISMS) 27001 to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the Laravel ecosystem, PHP, and web development best practices, including security vulnerabilities and mitigation techniques. - Contribute to technical documentation and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the applications you work on. - Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - The above list of responsibilities is not exhaustive, and the role may evolve to meet the overall objectives of the company and project requirements. Technical Skills : - Proven experience (specify years based on your need, e., 2 years, 5 years) with the Laravel framework and its core components. - Strong knowledge of PHP programming language, including object-oriented principles and design patterns. - Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience working with MySQL or other relational database systems, including schema design and query optimization. - Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Vue.js or React is a significant plus. - Experience with designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and their practical application in Laravel. - Proficiency in using version control systems, preferably Git, and following established Git workflows. - Understanding of security best practices in web development and experience in building secure applications (ref:hirist.tech)
