Frontend Engineer II - HTML5/CSS3

Frontend Engineer II Design, implement, and maintain responsive and performant frontend features for our B2B SaaS and enterprise web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries. Build high-quality products and prototypes within tight timelines, demonstrating a strong ability to prioritize and execute efficiently. Explore and utilize AI-powered tools and techniques to enhance development speed, code quality, and testing efficiency. Adhere to and promote best practices for frontend development, including code modularization, testing (unit and integration), and performance optimization. Analyze user behavior data (e.g., using analytics tools) to identify areas for improvement in product engagement and user experience, and implement changes to reduce friction. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to ensure 1 seamless integration and delivery 2 of features. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team. Requirements : - 4-7 years of professional experience in frontend development. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (B.Tech, M.Tech, BE, MCA) from Tier I or Tier II institutes. Must-Have Skills : - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6). - Extensive experience with React and Redux. - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. - Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design principles. - Experience with version control systems (Git). Good-to-Have Skills : - Experience with analytics tools like MixPanel and session replay tools like Fullstory. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like Heroku. - Experience with testing frameworks like Jest. - Knowledge of payment gateways like Stripe. - Experience with backend frameworks like Django Rest Framework. - Exposure to Angular. - Experience with design tools like Figma.
