Senior Business Central Developer

Job Description : - Consultation and Analysis : Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements. Conduct detailed business process reviews and identify areas for improvement. Provide expert advice on best practices for Business Central implementation. - Solution Design and Implementation : Design and configure Business Central solutions tailored to client needs. Develop and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations Manage full-cycle implementation projects, from initial planning to go-live support. - Project Management : Lead project teams and coordinate tasks to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. - Technical Expertise : Stay current with the latest features and updates of Business Central. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Business Central implementations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and developers. - Training and Support : Conduct training sessions for end-users and client teams. Provide post-implementation support and ongoing maintenance. Develop documentation, user manuals, and training materials. - Business Development : Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development. Identify opportunities for additional services and solutions within existing client accounts. Requirements : - Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience : Minimum of 6 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV) implementation and consulting. Proven track record of managing and delivering successful Business Central projects. - Technical Skills : Proficiency in Business Central customization and development using AL language and Visual Studio Code. Experience with Business Central integrations using APIs and web services. Strong understanding of SQL Server, data migration, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI). - Soft Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Project management skills and experience with methodologies like Agile or Scrum. - Preferred Qualifications : Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications. Experience with other Dynamics 365 applications (e.g., Sales, Finance, Supply Chain). Knowledge of industry-specific solutions and add-ons for Business Central. - Working Conditions : May require travel to client sites. Flexible working hours may be necessary to meet client deadlines.
