Power BI Developer - Azure Data Services

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Power BI Development : Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights. - Data Modeling : Independently conduct data analysis, establish relationships, map structures, and extract data to create robust data models. - Azure Data Services Integration : Utilize Azure Data Services, including Databricks and Data Lakes, to manage and process large datasets effectively. - SQL Proficiency : Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. - Pipeline and Data Management : Handle data pipelines, Data Lake architectures, Delta tables, Data Warehouses, and file systems to ensure seamless data flow and storage. - Fabric Components : Engage in Proof of Concepts (POC) or hold certifications related to Fabric components to enhance data integration and reporting capabilities. Required Qualifications : - Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Power BI development and data modeling. Technical Skills : - Power BI : Expertise in creating interactive dashboards and reports. - Azure Data Services : Experience with services like Databricks and Data Lakes. - SQL : Strong ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries. - Data Modeling : Proficiency in data analysis, relationship establishment, and data extraction. - Data Management : Knowledge of pipelines, Data Lakes, Delta tables, Data Warehouses, and file systems. - Certifications : Any relevant certifications in Power BI, Azure Data Services, or Fabric components are a plus. Soft Skills : - Analytical Thinking : Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights. - Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities. - Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
