Software Engineer - SDWAN

Role : Change Coordinator - SDWAN & LAN Location : Mumbai or Gurgaon (Hybrid) Notice Period : Immediate Budget : Market Standard Experience : 5 years in Change Coordination & Management Certifications Required : ITIL, PMP Job Overview : The Change Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing SDWAN & LAN change requests, ensuring they are properly assessed, approved, and implemented with minimal business disruption. This role requires strong stakeholder coordination, progress tracking, and compliance enforcement in line with ITIL change management best practices. Key Responsibilities : - Oversee the end-to-end change management process for SDWAN & LAN. - Review and assess change requests, ensuring they align with business needs and technical feasibility. - Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to facilitate smooth change implementations. - Ensure all changes follow the ITIL framework, mitigating risks and minimizing service disruptions. - Track change progress, document decisions, and maintain change records for audit and compliance. - Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes. - Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring proper approvals and sign-offs. - Monitor post-change performance, ensuring proper validation and rollback mechanisms are in place. - Drive continuous improvement in change management processes and ensure alignment with IT governance. Requirements : - 5 years of experience in Change Coordination & Management in an enterprise IT environment. - Hands-on experience with SDWAN & LAN change processes. - ITIL-certified professional with a deep understanding of ITIL-based change management. - PMP certification or proven project management experience is a plus. - Familiarity with network infrastructure, routing, and security best practices. - Strong expertise in ServiceNow or other ITSM tools for managing change requests. - Excellent stakeholder communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple change requests simultaneously. Preferred Skills : - Knowledge of cloud networking, WAN acceleration, and network security concepts. - Experience with automation tools to streamline change management processes. - Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines in change management.
