Migration Coordinator - Change Coordination & Management Client : Accolite Work Location : Mumbai or Gurgaon (Hybrid) Experience : 5 years (Total and relevant experience in Change Coordination & Management) Notice Period : Immediate joiners only Certifications Required : ITIL, PMP Job Overview : The Migration Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing DMZ & application migration projects to ensure seamless execution with minimal disruption. This role requires strong coordination with stakeholders, risk mitigation, and progress tracking to ensure successful migration. Key Responsibilities : - Plan and execute migration projects for DMZ & applications, ensuring minimal business disruption. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business stakeholders. - Monitor project timelines, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed. - Ensure compliance with ITIL change management processes during the migration. - Track progress, document milestones, and provide regular reports to leadership and stakeholders. - Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to handle migration challenges. - Facilitate communication between technical teams, vendors, and business users to align migration activities with business needs. - Ensure post-migration validation, including testing, issue tracking, and performance monitoring. Requirements : - 5 years of experience in Change Coordination & Management, specifically in migration projects. - Proven track record in managing complex application and infrastructure migrations. - Strong understanding of ITIL change management best practices. - PMP certification with project management experience in large-scale IT projects. - Familiarity with DMZ architectures, network security, and cloud/on-prem migrations. - Proficiency in project tracking tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project, etc.). - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills : - Experience in cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. - Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk and impact during migrations.
