ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/CMDB Modules

Job Title : Senior ServiceNow Developer Experience Required : 5 to 7 years Location : [Specify Remote/On-site] Employment Type : [Full-time/Contract] Key Responsibilities : 1. ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management) : - Develop, configure, and maintain Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Asset Management. - Implement Service Catalog, SLA management, Knowledge Management, and IT Service Automation. - Optimize ITSM workflows for efficiency and scalability. - Develop custom UI pages, reports, and dashboards using Performance Analytics. 2. ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) : - Configure and enhance CSM modules, including case management, knowledge management, and customer workflows. - Integrate CSM with third-party CRMs and customer communication platforms. - Implement Virtual Agent and AI-driven automation for customer support. 3. ServiceNow SecOps & Vulnerability Response (VR) : - Develop and manage Security Incident Response (SIR), Threat Intelligence, and Vulnerability Response. - Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with SIEM, SOC tools, and external security platforms. - Automate security workflows to enhance response time and risk mitigation. 4. ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) & GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) : - Implement IRM and GRC modules for risk assessment, audit management, and compliance tracking. - Align with security and compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX. - Automate policy enforcement and risk mitigation processes. 5. ServiceNow RPA (Robotic Process Automation) : - Design and implement automation workflows using ServiceNow RPA Hub. - Develop RPA bots to automate manual IT and business processes. - Optimize integrations between RPA and ServiceNow workflows for efficiency. Required Skills : - ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, SecOps, VR, IRM, GRC, and RPA Hub - Strong JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Scripts, Flow Designer skills - Experience in REST/SOAP API integrations, Integration Hub, and MID Server - Knowledge of ServiceNow ACLs, role-based security, and data governance - Hands-on experience with Service Portal customization and UI development Nice to Have : - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ITSM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, IRM, RPA - Experience with DevOps, AI/ML integrations, and cloud automation (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics & Reporting - Strong understanding of Zero Trust Security models and compliance frameworks (ref:hirist.tech)
